Gitega: Drinking water facilities and sanitation in the province Gitega, Burundi. The action of PROTOS in the province Gitega in Burundi has supplied 40.000 people of drinking water in the period of 2003-2007. This program will be continued in the new multiannual plan 2008-2010.
VIMASA: = Valorisation Intégrée des Marais en Appui à la Sécurité Alimentaire - Integrated valorisation of wet valley areas to support food security.
AMiAsZI: The project aims to contribute to Food Security in the village of Isale in Bujumbura Rural province. AMiAsZI stands for “Aménagement des Marais et intégration agro-sylvo-zootechnique à Isale”. AMAZI also means water in the Kinya-Rwandese language. Appropriate water management is a key element for improved agriculture integrating forestry and animal farming. We are looking forward to exciting results, AMAZING!
